At fifteen, I realized I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I started my first company at 18 and my second niche communications company at 22. On the way, I've learned as much as I've contributed; gaining strategic business development, marketing, diversity strategy, communications, digital and technical skills.

I'm a champion for women and minority leaders. Currently, I'm working to increase the recruitment, promotion and retention of qualified minorities through technological innovation.

Although I've traditionally excelled on the business side of ventures, I'm embracing my inner techie and learning to code.
